Objectives: To revise the vocabulary in a fun way.
Age group: 7-10 years old.
Preparation: You will need a whiteboard, a few markers, a sponge, and a dictionary.
Instructions: Divide students into small groups. Each group may consist of 2/3 students. Each group takes turns at standing in front of the board holding a dictionary. The students with the dictionary choose a word that their classmates already know, and they write only its meaning on the board. Underneath, they write 3 words one of which corresponds to the meaning. The rest of the groups need to find which is the correct word.
Time: 20-30 minutes.
