Love4English was created from my passion for finding engaging and effective ways to help children learn English. The site focuses on interactive, student-centred learning. It provides practical resources and teaching ideas for EAL and English language teachers. Every resource is designed with young learners in mind, with the aim of making English lessons meaningful, accessible, and enjoyable. Nafsika – Marina Smyrli

Nafsika-Marina Smyrli is a qualified EAL/ESL teacher from Athens, Greece. She holds a BA in English Language and Literature from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MA in TESOL and Teacher Education from the University of Leeds, UK.
She specializes in teaching English to young learners aged 3 to 12. She is committed to creating engaging, inclusive lessons that respond to students’ individual needs and encourage active participation. Her enthusiasm for language learning and her work with children continue to shape her approach to teaching.
Nafsika-Marina has worked as an English-language teacher at international schools in Athens, Greece; Leeds, UK; and Prague, Czechia. Throughout her career, she has continued to develop her teaching practice through seminars and professional courses in areas including teaching English to young learners, digital literacies and technology in English language teaching, autism awareness, and learning difficulties in preschool and school-age children.
She speaks Greek, English, Italian, and Czech.
