Objectives: To revise giving instructions in a fun way.
Age group: Preschoolers, age 6/7 years old.
Instructions: Assign the role of the teacher to one of the pupils. The student who becomes a teacher asks his/ her classmates to do things. He/ She will start by saying the phrase; “I am the teacher! Please do what I say”, and “Touch your nose!”. All the others will have to touch their noses. The pupil who is the teacher can give them any kind of orders he/ she desires. For instance, “Close your bags!”, “Open your books!”. If the student does not begin by saying; “I am the teacher! Please do what I say”, the others do not need to copy the moves!
Time: 5-10 minutes.
Note: Preschoolers can only give the instructions. Do not insist on them saying the whole phrase “I am the teacher! Please do what I say”.
